Primary Purpose
What your role contributes to Scripps
- The Traffic Assistant is responsible for entering and maintaining the
daily ad logs into the Wide Orbit system.
Key Activities
The primary processes you conduct in your role
- Enter national/local copy instructions and materials into Wide Orbit.
- Responsible for working daily log to maximize inventory and revenue.
- Schedule day-to-day programming
- Update and maintain daily dub and weekly purge lists.
- Perform quality control checks
- Maintain commercial library.
- Maintain daily log.
- Work with Sales personnel on a daily basis to ensure the most accurate
and complete instructions are entered and to inform them of any
last-minute opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Outlook.
- Previous experience with Wide Orbit traffic system preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be team oriented and have a successful past working in a team
environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
ADA Requirements
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
